How long is the expected delivery?

How are the products delivered?

The products are delivered via Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked postal service.

How can I receive the products if I don’t have a letterbox/not at home?

Royal Mail will leave an ‘attempted delivery’ card with further advice. This may be that the items have been left with a neighbour or needs to be collected from the collection office.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes – standard delivery charges apply as set by The Royal Mail.

My delivery hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

What is your refund policy?

Our fulfilment centre will refund orders if damaged in transit or lost via Royal Mail – they will not be held liable for any undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Should items be returned we can refund minus delivery charge or redeliver for a charge.

Sports Detergent

How do I use the detergent?

You simply need to pour 35ml into a dosing cap (you can request one free of charge via our website) and either pour into drawer or place directly into the drum, as per your washing machine instructions.

What temperature do I need to wash at?

We strongly recommend you follow the instructions on the label. However, the detergent has been specially designed for sportswear, as such we recommend washing at 30°C, which is better for the planet too.

Is the detergent suitable for a quick wash cycle?

Yes – in fact we encourage a shorter cycle to make sure your high-quality gym wear does not suffer any unnecessary damage in the wash. However, we also strongly recommend you follow instructions on the label.

What garments is it suitable to be used on?

The detergent can be used on all gym and sportswear.

Is there risk of discolouration/damage to clothes?

Our products have been trialled and tested to ensure it does not cause any damage to your clothes. It also does not contain bleach and so will not fade clothes under normal use conditions.

Does it work on both whites & colours?

Yes, the liquid has been designed to give brilliant results on both white and/or coloured laundry. As with your usual washing, we’d advise sorting your laundry by colour and washing accordingly. Our Sports Detergent does not contain bleach so it’s particularly good for coloured clothes.

Can I use it on clothing that isn’t gym wear?

You can use the detergent on other garments, but for best results, we recommend using it on gym wear only. Please always read the label of the garment before use.

What is the fragrance used?

CleanKit uses a signature invigorating fragrance, which has a built-in patented odour neutraliser.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

When used correctly, CleanKit Sports Detergent should not present a risk of skin issues, however as with any other detergent, we recommend checking the ingredients for allergens, and should you experience a reaction then stop use immediately until you have discussed with your GP.

How many wash loads does it last for?

Dry Wash Sports Spray

How do I use the dry wash?

Sportswear: Lay your garment down flat on a soft surface. Spray a light, even coverage across the surface of the garment. Smooth out the creases and re-shape, repeating the spray process on the back, if needed. Once dry, your garment will be crease free, soft, and smelling fresh.
Trainers and Gym Bags: Spray a light, even coverage across the inside and leave to dry. Once dry, your trainers and/or gym bag will be soft and smelling fresh.

How does it work?

The CleanKit Dry Wash Spray is an air-o-sol (powered by air) which means it sprays a light, continuous mist onto your gym kit for faster, more controlled coverage. It has anti-odour technology with our signature fragrance, which lifts odours and keeps you fresh for your entire work-out. It also has antibacterial technology to keep your clothes smelling fresh.

How much should I spray on each garment?

A light, even coverage over the whole garment, following the directions on the pack, should be enough. Six to seven seconds spraying should do the trick!

What kind of clothes can it be used on?

Sportswear: training tops, shorts, socks etc.
Footwear and Sports Bags.

Are there any fabrics it shouldn’t be used on?

It is not suitable for use on silk, vinyl, suede or leather.

What surface should I put my clothes on when spraying?

We recommend laying garments flat (e.g. changing room bench) when spraying. Always direct the Antibacterial Spray away from the face and at a distance of approximately 30cm from the garment surface. Avoid contact with painted wood, painted metal, linoleum and marble. If any is spilt onto these surfaces rinse thoroughly with water and dry.
Hard surfaces will become damp/slippery after spraying, so you can avoid slips and falls by wiping away before it dries onto the surface.

Can I spray it my clothes whilst wearing them?

Always remove garments before treating them. Do not spray directly onto skin.

How long does the product last for?

Can it be used on clothing that isn’t gym wear?

Yes.

Is there risk of discolouration/damage to clothes?

Nope! Actually, if you wash your clothes less, it will help your clothes look newer for longer. But we always recommend testing a hidden part of the garment first to be 100% sure.

Will it get rid of stubborn smells, such as BO?

The spray lifts odours, and it is designed to remove stubborn smells such as BO. However, if your clothes have a strong unwanted odour we recommend they are washed with CleanKit Sports Detergent.

What is the fragrance used?

Can I use it on my trainers?

Yes – our formulation has been designed for all footwear to lift odours and leave them smelling fresh. Simply spray the inside of the item and leave to dry.

Mat Wipes

What kind of items can they be used on?

The wipes have been designed specifically for sports equipment such as yoga mats, gym benches and exercise machines. They can also be used on any washable surface in the gym.
However, the wipes should not be used on mirrors or glasses as they have not been designed to do so. We would recommend using alternative products for cleaning glass and mirrors.

How do I use the wipes?

The wipes come in sachets in a box of 14, so you can keep sachets in your pocket during your work-out. Simply take a sachet, tear the top and remove the wipe. Then wipe across the yoga mat/gym bench/running machine/weight etc. to remove dirt, before disposing of the used wipe into the bin. The surfaces will dry quickly but make sure the surface is dry before proceeding with exercise.

Do I need to dry the items after using the wipe?

The wipes have been designed to dry naturally and quickly to ensure the surface is not slippery before use, however, make sure the area is dry before proceeding with exercise.

How many wipes are needed to clean one item of equipment?

We would recommend you use one wipe per item of equipment, e.g. cleaning one yoga mat should require a single wipe.

Can I use the wipes on clothing?

We do not recommend you use the wipes on your clothing as they have been designed for gym equipment only.

Can I use the wipes on my skin?

We do not recommend you apply directly the wipes onto your skin. However, while wiping down surfaces, they are safe to handle unless you have sensitive or damaged skin, in which case we recommend you use gloves.

How should I store them?

As with all cleaning products, keep out of the reach of children. We recommend storing the box in a dry location, perhaps your gym bag.

Can I flush the wipes down the toilet?

No do not flush the wipes or sachets down the toilet. The wipes have been made to be strong enough for gym cleaning, therefore the substrate of the wipe will not disintegrate in the toilet and as such causes a high risk of blockage. We recommend that you dispose of used wipes together with sachets in the bin.

CleanKit are working on developing recyclable materials for both wipes and sachets for the next generation of CleanKit products.

Where is my order?

We will dispatch your order via Royal Mail. You will receive an email communication when your order has been dispatched and your order should be delivered within 48hrs after dispatch, however this does not guarantee delivery dates or times. We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 working days from the date of placing your order (working days are Mon-Fri).

- Your order may be delayed if you do not provide a postcode

- It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details you provide are correct.

What happens if I am not home to accept delivery of my items?

Royal Mail will leave a card indicating where you can collect your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for non-collection of your items and any parcels not collected and sent back to us will incur a redelivery charge.

I’ve noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?

How can I pay?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. You can also pay using Paypal.

Is it safe making online payments?

We do not store any of your card details. All payments made for our products over the Internet are processed on a secure server, which means that your card details are specially encrypted before we send them to our payment provider. Once you are happy with an order in your shopping basket, press the checkout button. Select your payment option. After this selection you will be taken to a secure page to enter your card details. Different web browsers show the page security in different ways but you should be able to see a padlock somewhere on screen to represent the security and the URL will change from HTTP:// to HTTPS://

Can I order items to be delivered in another country?

Unfortunately we are unable to process orders for International Shipments; you can only get these personalised goods delivered within the UK.

Can I send these items as a gift?

Yes, you are able to purchase items and have then delivered to any chosen UK address.

How can I get an invoice?

We do not include invoices in any of our parcels. We can however send you an invoice upon request, please contact our Customer Services Team customerservices@intervino.co.uk or call 01507 602101. Our offices are open 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Can you deliver the order on a specific date?

We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your items.

What if my order is incorrect/damaged on delivery?

If you find a defect or damage to your order please tell us as soon as possible. Please note you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods. Without photographic evidence of damage, we will be unable to process any claim you may wish to make. On proof of damaged or defective goods we will either refund you or replace the damaged goods.
